Pure 2
Reformer | Beginner Plus | Authentic Pilates
A beginner plus reformer class rooted in the classical Pilates repertoire for those who have done pilates but don't feel ready for an intermediate level class. This class begins to challenge you from Pure 1 and safely introduces movement patterns for the intermediate level work.

Prescision
Reformer | Intermediate | Authentic Pilates
An intermediate-level class expanding on repertoire based sequences both classical and contemporary to deepen your practice. Expect a full-body workout with greater flow, challenge, and coordination—perfect for those looking to elevate their reformer work. It is recommended that you have done 5-10 beginner level classes either at Forza or another studio prior to taking this class.

Power
Reformer | Intermediate | Fusion Pilates
An energizing fusion of classical Pilates and contemporary movement designed to challenge and elevate. This intermediate class pairs dynamic sequences with light weights, resistance bands, and the Merrithew Cardio-Tramp for an athletic, heart-pumping full-body workout. Expect an elevated heart rate, serious core work, and a satisfying slow burn.

POSTURE + Sound
Reformer | Intermediate | Sound Healing
An express posture class (25 minutes) followed by blissful sound healing (20 minutes). A full-body Pilates class using the tower apparatus to explore spring-based resistance and vertical movement on a stable mat. Blending the strength of reformer work with the precision of mat, this class builds control, flexibility, and deep, functional strength—all grounded in the classical repertoire.

Pause
Reformer | All Levels | Fusion Pilates
A dreamy, slow-flow reformer session that melts away tension and opens up your body. Think the deep stretches of yin yoga meets the mindful strength of Pilates – all about mobility, release, and pure feel-good vibes.

Posture
Tower + Barrel | All Levels | Authentic Pilates
A full-body Pilates class using the small barrel in addition to the tower apparatus to explore spring-based resistance and vertical movement on a stable mat. Blending the strength of reformer work with the precision of mat, this class builds control, flexibility, and deep, functional strength—all grounded in the classical repertoire.

Prenatal
Reformer / Tower | All Levels | Challenge
A supportive and expertly guided class designed for pregnancy, combining the versatility of the reformer with the vertical movement of the tower. Taught by prenatally certified instructors, this class focuses on breath, pelvic stability, core support, and functional movement to prepare your body for birth in a safe and empowering way. Expect a feel-good workout that challenges you while prioritising form and safety. Limited to 4 participants for personalised attention, and suitable from the second trimester through to delivery.

Postnatal
Reformer / Tower | All Levels | Rebuild
Designed for new mums, this small-group class blends reformer and tower work to support recovery, rebuild strength, and reconnect you to your body. Led by a postnatally certified instructor, the class focuses on pelvic floor activation, healing diastasis recti, and restoring posture and confidence through safe, intentional movement. This class is limited to 4 mums for personalised attention. Suitable once you’ve been cleared for gentle exercise by your OBGYN.
