Our studio is equipped with handcrafted apparatus from Legacy Equipment (made in Turkey), designed to honor Joseph Pilates’ original method.

Led by highly trained Classical instructors—both pre- and postnatally certified—these sessions offer tailored programs that build strength, alignment, and control while supporting your individual goals and needs.

Contemporary Pilates

Experience authentic Contemporary Pilates at its best with fully personalised sessions led by our STOTT-certified instructors. 

Held in our reformer/tower studio—closed exclusively for your private use—these sessions feature premium Merrithew equipment for a studio experience like no other.

Private sessions incorporate reformer, tower, and chair work, while duet and small group sessions focus on reformer and tower, all delivered with expert attention and care.
