Our LOCATION
Forza Pilates & Wellness Club is located in the leafy green neighbourhood of Damansara Heights. Our mat studio and reformer/private studios are housed in separate units both on the same shop lot. Our studios have clear marking on the front doors in addition to street signage.
The easiest way to travel to Forza is via car / Grab - there is street parking in our shop lot in addition to the surrounding residential streets. Please be considerate of our residential neighbours and do not park in front of their gates.
Our nearest MRT station is Semantan, we are a 10 minute grab or 35 minute walk from Semantan.
