We are a classical Pilates studio at heart, with a modern approach to your practice. Over the past year we have refined the way we deliver the classical method — crafting six distinct class styles, each designed to meet a different need in your practice.

FLOW

Our flow classes focus on just that — flow. We take the precision and skills learned in technique and add continuous movement, seamless transitions and breath patterns to link the repertoire into one moving sequence.

Designed to build muscular strength and endurance for a stronger practice. These classes challenge your stamina and help you find greater connection to sleepy muscle groups.

THE MAT

Our mat classes showcase the source of classical Pilates. The matwork was the first repertoire Joseph Pilates invented — he believed everyone should be able to access it anywhere. Without the assistance or feedback of springs, the mat has its own challenges, and is equally as rewarding.

SYSTEM

The truest expression of classical Pilates. These semi-private classes combine at least two pieces of classical apparatus, so you begin to understand how each one complements another — creating connections in your practice while building skills.

RESTORATIVE

Designed to restore the body and mind, no matter what season of life you are in. Our restorative offering includes specialised pre and postnatal classes, plus a stretch-based reformer class made especially for tight and stressed bodies.
