Our Signature pilates class is designed to introduce you to classical mat pilates utilising Joseph Pilates original mat sequence with the addition of props such as the magic circle. This class is for all levels and will strengthen your core, move your spine and work on flexibility.

Fusion Pilates | All Levels | Spicy

A flowing, high-rep Pilates class that blends classical control with a modern, music-driven burn. Expect light weights, small props, and intentional movement designed to tone, lengthen, and sculpt from the inside out. This is your slow-burn class that builds strength, control, and total-body definition.

Strong 

Fusion Pilates | All Levels | Strength Training

A powerful fusion of contemporary Pilates and progressive strength training. This flow-style class uses heavier weights and Pilates principles to build muscle, improve endurance, and train with purpose. Expect dynamic, full-body or targeted workouts designed to challenge and empower.

Stretch

Yoga | All Levels | Dynamic

A movement-based stretch class rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa flow. Designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and body awareness, this class guides you through intentional sequences that open up tight areas and leave you feeling grounded, lengthened, and more connected to your body.

Slow

Yoga | All Levels | Restorative

A yin-inspired restorative class designed to soften tension and calm the nervous system. With long, supported holds and deep stretches, this practice invites stillness, enhances flexibility, and leaves you feeling rested, rebalanced, and completely unrushed.

Sound

Meditation | All Levels | Sound Healing

A meditative sound bath experience designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind. Using singing bowls and intentional frequencies, this session guides you into deep relaxation, inner stillness, and energetic reset.

The ultimate reset: a deeply restorative blend of yin yoga and meditative sound healing. Gentle, supported stretches open the body while singing bowls calm the mind and nervous system. Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and blissfully at ease.

Prenatal Pilates

Pilates | Challenging | Supportive

We've brought together classical pilates and and sculpt to strengthen the changing body, support the core and pelvic floor and prepare for delivery. Our unique prenatal pilates class is both safe and challenging and utilises a variety of props to keep your body moving as your pregnancy progresses. This class is suitable from from the start of your second trimester up until delivery.

Postnatal Pilates

Pilates | Supportive | Rebuild

Rebuild core strength and reconnect with your body through a supportive Pilates flow designed for postnatal recovery. This class is for mums who have had been cleared to begin gentle exercise by their OBGYNs.

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga | Slow | Hip Opening

A supportive and empowering practice designed to prepare your body and mind for labor and motherhood. Using props for comfort and stability, you’ll move through a mindful flow of yoga postures and breathwork to build strength, enhance balance, and nurture both your physical and emotional well-being.This class is suitable from your first trimester up until delivery as long as your doctor seems it safe for you to practise gentle movement.

Postnatal Yoga

Yoga | Mum + Bub | Restorative

A gentle, restorative practice designed for new mums to move, connect, and heal in community with their pre crawling babies. With the support of props, you’ll flow through mindful postures and breathwork to restore posture, rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and calm the nervous system.
Please bring a soft mat or bouncer for your baby during this class as baby wearing is not suitable for this class. This class is for mums who have had been cleared to begin gentle exercise by their OBGYNs.
